Employee Engagement: We actively encourage employee participation through events such as our annual Halloween Meet and Treat, Veterans Day Celebration, Annual Banquet, and Mingle and Jingle in December. We also host Careers and Coffee in partnership with GBIC to promote a stronger local workforce.
Training and Development: We believe in developing employees at all levels of the organization, from executives and assistant directors to middle management and frontline staff, as part of our Participatory Leadership Model. Our Employee Leadership Conference helps employees deepen their understanding of our "One City" culture while providing an in-house conference experience.
Onboarding: Our Onboarding introduces employees to our policies, culture, and workplace values. It includes a Meet and Greet during their second month to allow new hires to network with each other and the leadership team during their orientation period.
Services: OD&HR offers services including the Employee Life Cycle, Right Fit Process, training, development, compensation, benefits administration, and support with labor law and collective bargaining.
